SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

  • STANDARD SHIPPING $10.00 (3-7 business days)
  • EXPRESS SHIPPING $15.00 (1-4 business days)

 

NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We ship to Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Asia, Oceania.

Flat Rate Pricing

  • EU & UK: $30
  • NZ: $20
  • US & CANADA: $30

Pre-Order Policy

At Soi Studios, select items may be offered on a pre-order basis. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-Order Process

  • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Production begins after pre-orders are placed to ensure limited, made-to-order pieces.

  • Estimated production time is 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Your order will be shipped immediately once the items arrive at our studio.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. Mixed Orders

  • If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.

  • To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

4. Changes & Cancellations

  • Pre-orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  • Please check sizing and details carefully before placing your order.

5. Delays

  • While we aim to meet the stated 3–4 week production window, unforeseen delays may occur. If there are any changes to the expected timeline, we will notify you via email.
